Applications will only be available through the ALBAT website at www.albat.org during the dates listed above. Please be aware that the albat.org site is on eastern time.

Decatur Trades & Labor Assembly is proud to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2024 Michael E. Shampine Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is open to affiliated members of Decatur Trades & Labor Assembly, and the immediate family members including spouse and children. An application is attached for your convenience. These require a signature from a local union officer to confirm membership. The applicants will be required to write a short essay and do a short interview with the scholarship committee. The top award will be for $1,000.
